Formulated to ground and harmonise the Vata elements of ‘air  & space’. In excess these elements cast a drying, cooling and rough effect upon us and our environment, creating tension or stress + an inability to relax.  To counter  these effects warm, sweet, citrusy notes of bergamot, lemon,  ylang ylang + cinnamon & olibanum, to soften and refresh the senses are emphasised, whilst the woody notes of patchouli & sandalwood ground, creating the space for restoration. Perfect for relaxation or study.

To Use: add maximum 5 drops to diffuser water; top up as required.
